Before you rely on this page: a "Good Faith Estimate" is a specific disclosure required under the United States' federal No Surprises Act, for providers billing uninsured or self-pay patients located in the US. Inner Ray Space is based in Navi Mumbai, India, and this page is not issued under that US regulation. We're using the same name and spirit — clear, upfront cost expectations, no surprises — as a voluntary transparency practice, in keeping with our brand values.

At Inner Ray Space, we believe cost shouldn't be a source of anxiety on top of everything else you're carrying. This page sets out, in plain language, what you can expect to pay for our services — so there are no surprises before we begin working together.

Your right to a personalised estimate

The figures on this page are general. Before your first paid session, you're always entitled to ask for a specific, written estimate based on your own situation — the kind of support you're looking for, how often you'd like to meet, and the format (in-person or online). Just ask during your free consultation, or email us any time.

This estimate reflects the cost of individually-provided counselling services only. It does not include any additional items you may separately arrange, such as referrals to a psychiatrist or other specialist.

4. What This Estimate Does Not Include

Fees charged by any other provider you're referred to (for example, a psychiatrist, if medication is discussed as an option)
Any travel costs, if applicable, for in-person sessions
Costs that may arise from unforeseen circumstances discovered once we begin working together

5. How Long This Estimate Is Valid

Fees quoted to you individually are valid for "90 days" from the date given. Standard rates on this page may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.

7. Insurance & Reimbursement

I'm an out-of-network provider. I can share a monthly statement of sessions attended, which you're welcome to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, though reimbursement isn't guaranteed.

8. If Your Actual Costs Are Higher Than Estimated

If you ever feel you've been billed significantly more than what was discussed with you in advance, please reach out to us directly so we can review it together.
